Showered with Love!

Last Saturday, these precious girls hosted an absolutely beautiful baby shower for me and Baby Kenleigh!  Everything was personalized and was so special....

The Decorations...
A sweet clothes line!

This wreath is to go on the front door when baby girl is born and then I can disassemble it and use all the goodies!  I've never seen anything like this and it is so adorable!

These pink flowers were everywhere and inside that tub were cute little sugar cookies with pink icing for favors!

The food...
Simply perfect!

These cupcakes were not only cute, they were DELICIOUS!  The strawberry ones actually had chunks of whole strawberries in them..Yummy!

This was only part of the spread!  Everything tasted amazing!

The Games...
The first game was a questionnaire to see how well the guests knew me and my desires for baby Kenleigh.  The first section had questions such as...Where would I want Kenleigh to go to college if she didn't go to Tech or Auburn?  What I want Kenleigh to be when I grow up?  What I love most about being pregnant?  The second part was which features I want Kenleigh to get from Mark and which features from me.  This game was quite entertaining, but not quite as hilarious or gross as the next game...

If you know me at all, you know that I am quite a picky eater!  Well, Keri came up with this game where I had to sample baby foods and then guess what I was eating.  It is no wonder babies make horrible faces when they eat this stuff.  It is awful!  I didn't even guess one correctly...but I was close on a few!

The best of the worst was the bananas and the worst was the turkey and rice!  Everyone got a great laugh out of it!  My mom got me a baby bullet to make baby food, so lucky for baby K she will never have to eat that stuff!

The Guests...

The shower was so much fun and baby K got lots of great stuff!  Thank you to my sweet friends for hosting and thank you to my friends and family who took time to be a part of the day!

  1. Looks like so much fun and the decorations were adorable! I want to know the answers to those questions, haha! Baby Kenleigh is one lucky girl :-) Also, I must admit, I love banana baby food. (Don't judge, hehe)
